The American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence (American Board or ABCTE) is pleased to issue a Request for Proposals for the development of online refresher courses in support of the American Board certification programs. Proposals are expected to be from qualified contractors and submitted in sealed form. Contracts with ABCTE shall be awarded for an initial term of 180 days for each subject.
