Notice is hereby given that the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority ("RFTA") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide on-call providers for plumbing services within the RFTA service area.
Solicitation documents will be available Wednesday, October 31, 2012 by request. To request copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP), please complete and return the Vendor Registration Form, which may be found on RFTA's website, www.rfta.com/rfps.html to ensure that your name is listed on the "List of Potential Proposers." Be sure to include the solicitation number 12-049. All interested suppliers are encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal meeting scheduled at 5:00 PM on November 12, 2012 at 1340 Main Street, Carbondale, CO.
Proposals will be due Thursday, December 6, 2012 by 2:00 p.m. (MT). Proposals should be submitted via email to [email protected] in PDF format. "Response to RFP #12-049" should be placed in the subject line of the email to clearly indicate the contents. To be considered, proposals must arrive at RFTA on or before the date specified. Any proposals received after the time referenced will not be considered.
