On-Call Engineering Services

In order to maintain the landfill system within regulatory compliance in a manner
that protects groundwater and air quality it is necessary that capital improvement
and monitoring programs be implemented on a continuous basis. As a result of
this, the Department has established a 10-year rolling plan for capital improvements
projects. The selected firm shall provide general engineering, and other
engineering services listed in Section III, Scope of Work. The primary services
provided by the firm or team of firms may include, but are not limited to: general
engineering, solid waste services, civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical
engineering services, construction support services, project management
services, and miscellaneous solid waste services.
