The Office of Public Accountability (OPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms interested in serving as an On-Call Conflicts Attorney to the OPA for fiscal years (FY) 2012, 2013, and 2014. The work shall consist primarily of reviewing, advising, and addressing a wide variety of issues concerning audits, investigations, and government procurement, when the primary legal counsel is unable to serve due to conflicts issues. The On-Call Conflicts Attorney may also be requested to provide legal advice pertaining to the mandated roles and responsibilities of the OPA.
