The County of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualifed suppliers to provide off-site storage of archival records in the formats of silver or diazo microfilm, microfiche, optical disk and data tapes for the County's Clerk-Recorder's Office. the Clerk-Recorder's Office requires off-site storage, that is; preferably underground with reasonable access to the archival records by authorized County representatives, with twenty-four hours by seven days per week (24x7) security, with a climate-controlled environment, including fire-rated walls and doors and auxiliary power, and with web access or electronic tracking capability for maintaining status of their archival records.
