The objective of this procurement is to contract with a vendor, an accounting/auditing firm, to perform a financial audit limited to rent payments from the oases master pavilion lease. The purpose of this audit is to ensure that the Tollway is receiving the monies entitled to it under the terms of Article 7 in the agreement. The Lessee is SFI Chicago Tollway, LLC.
