Parks is seeking a concessionaire to operate a non-motorized boat rental concession at the Permitted Premises. The purpose of this concession is to provide visitors to the Marina with a unique opportunity to experience the outdoors and explore the many facets of the Bay through the rental of non-motorized boats. Parks seeks proposers who can demonstrate substantial experience in the operation of a non-motorized boat rental service. For the purpose of the RFP, non-motorized boat shall be defined as a self-propelled watercraft, such as a kayak, rowboat, or canoe.
