Non-destructive testing equipment maintenance and repair
1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of the solicitation, and provide the Government response to a question
from industry.
2. The question and response is as follows:
QUESTION: Regarding the Past Performance Questionnaires, is there a requirement on the number of performance questionnaires that need to
be submitted?
RESPONSE: There is no required number of questionnaires that need to be submitted; however, please see Section L of the Solicitation,
Proposal Submission, paragraph D.4.2 for additional information on the past performance questionnaires.
3. The closing date has been extended from 1200 Eastern Standard Time (EST) 11 November 2019 to 1200 EST 18November 2019.
4. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
