Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the New York State Department of Labor (Department) is making available $3 million in Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funding to support the following training activities.

1. Business Hiring and Training Incentives:
a. Worker Skills Upgrading; and
b. On-the-Job Training.
2. Unemployed Worker Skills Training.
