New Steam Plant
The existing steam heating plant serving the Campus is old, unreliable and extremely inefficient. There are numerous steam leaks in the plant and in the steam and condensate piping throughout the campus. The purpose of this project is to build a small building large enough to house efficient steam boilers that will then be connected to the existing steam system. The new plant will be located such that the amount of underground piping needed to tie back into the existing system is kept to a minimum.
