For the purposes of this Request for Proposal, County is soliciting qualified firms to submit proposals to meet the developer and/or sub-recipient requirements of the NSP grant to County. Activities two, three and four, outlined in the attached NSP3 application, will be the activities pertinent to this RFP with Activity one being the responsibility of County Community Services. Proposals should be all encompassing and shall clearly outline and clarify the proposed methods of executing the program within the parameters of the grant. This RFP will outline the minimum requirements and qualifications to successfully manage this program. The goal of this RFP is to allow creative and effective proposal submissions from qualified vendors and/or partnerships to elicit the maximum overall value to the community through this program.
