Neighborhood Commercial/Retail Development project
Development Corporation is seeking the development of two adjacent parcels in one of the most active commercial/retail corridors with 200,000 pedestrians passing through daily. The "City" is seeking proposals for the disposition and development of two parcels located within the Urban Renewal Area neighborhood. The sites are prominently located near the Hub, which is one of the busiest commercial and retail corridors and in close proximity to mass transit. Additionally, the Site is located within the("FRESH") program area , making it eligible for zoning and financial incentives to facilitate the construction of a full service grocery store.
