Nature Coast State Trail-New Maintenance Shop & Site Improvements - Fanning Springs, FL
The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to construct the improvements per the plans and specifications including but not limited to constructing a new maintenance shop facility with associated storm water facilities, asphalt drive, signage, and parking areas, septic collection system with drainfield, shed building pad, dumpster pad, host site pad, automated security gate and fencing as well as support utilities adjacent to the 4.25 acre Nature Coast Trail System site located on County Road No. 207 N. W. 12th Drive in the city of Fanning Springs, Levy County, Florida.
