NORTHWEST TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT
British Columbia Transmission Corporation on its own behalf and on behalf of British
Columbia Hydro and Power Authority, as asset owner (in this advertisement collectively and
individually the "Owner") invites Responses for the design and construction of a 287 kV
transmission line from the Skeena Substation (near Terrace) to a new substation near Bob
Quinn Lake, a distance of approximately 342 kilometres as further described in the Request
for Qualifications ("RFQ").
