NJDEP Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services at the Burlington Environmental Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Purchase Bureau, Division of Purchase and Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services at the Burlington Environmental Services, Inc. (BEMS) site, a closed solid waste disposal landfill.
