NEEDS STUDY FOR A NEW PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
The city is preparing to design and construct a new Public Safety Building (PSB) to house all police, fire, emergency communication and other public safety services for the city and surrounding area. Neither a timetable nor a site for construction of a new PSB has been determined as of yet. Planning for a new facility will support all police department operations, fire administration, and the primary fire station apparatus.
The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing a facility needs assessment study for a new Public Safety Building consisting of the Police Department and Fire Headquarters.
