Munitions & Explosives of Concern

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to provide technical support
to NJDEP project managers specifically for select sites in the Site Remediation Program that
have munitions and explosives of concern (MEC). Please note that subcontracting is not
permitted for this RFP.
The intent of this RFP is to award two (2) contracts; one (1) primary and one (1) secondary, to
those responsible bidders whose proposals, conforming to this RFP are most advantageous to
the State, price and other factors considered.
