Request for Proposal (RFP) for local moving services in urban area. In the interest of providing a brief overview of the project, please see the information supplied below. NOTE: All dates reflected below are “projected” as of this date. Mid to Late October, 2010: Supply Packing Materials for Employee Packing. Supply Moving Labels and Computer Bags to Coats Group, Inc. in Houston, Texas. December 13 thru 15: Provide Crew to Install New Building Protective Materials (1 Day) December 13 thru 17: Relocate Library (Approx. 2 days). December 13 thru 18: Provide PC & Printer Pre-Wrap Crew for Computer Labs (1 Day). December 13 thru 18: Relocate all Required Assets to New Building (Approx. 2 Days). December 20: Supply Smoothset Crew (1 Day). January 3, 2011: Supply Smoothset Crew (1 Day).
