The City is soliciting proposals from planners and consultants to develop a Revitalization Plan for the Morris Avenue corridor. The project will include a study of the retail, housing, and service needs of the neighborhood; and a plan to establish new, and enhance existing businesses, marketed to local residents and visitors to create a vibrant corridor linking Kean University to the neighborhood and the City of Elizabeth.
