Mixed Municipal Solid Waste and Recycling Removal and Resource Management Services at Dakota County Facilities

The RM program is envisioned as a partnership between Dakota County and the selected RM contractor for the life of the contract. It is intended that Dakota County will be the driving force behind increased diversion initiatives. However, the selected Contractor will play a critical role in working with Dakota County.
