Miscellaneous Roof Maintenance
The objective in requesting price quotations is to acquire Roof Maintenance and Repair Services from reputable and proven Suppliers that will provide all materials, equipment, labor and services, including but not limited to, hourly rates, travel time, insurance, overhead and profit, for Roof Maintenance and Repair Services for the University of Iowa.
Suppliers are advised that the intent of the resultant contract is to meet the Universitys needs for Miscellaneous Roof Maintenance and Repair Services including, but not limited to, response to leaks, semi annual inspections, small repairs and repair projects less than $25,000.
However, the University will reserve the right to use other competitive bid processes where the University deems it to be in its best interest.
It is our intent to have a multiple qualified Suppliers selected to provide miscellaneous roof maintenance and repair Services for the University of Iowa.
