The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to engage a contractor, known as an External Quality Review Organization (EQRO), to design and conduct annual quality assurance reviews of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) that have contracts with DHS to manage the healthcare of FamilyCare/Medicaid clients.
