Mediation Services for Virginia's Courts
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure mediation services. Contracts will be awarded to qualified organizations or individuals that can provide mediation services to users of the Virginia state court system. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made in order to provide for coverage throughout the Commonwealth. The proposed effective date of the contract is July 1, 2009.
