Materials Recycling Facility
RFP for qualified operators that can demonstrate a full service capability to operate and maintain our existing Materials Recycling Facility ("MRF") operating on a minimum five (5) day per week, eight (8) hours per day basis. The operations agreement with the County shall be for minimum of three (3) years, with an option to renew the agreement for two 1-year extensions.
