Massachusetts Port Authority Request for Proposals - Tobin Bridge Advertising/Sponsorship
The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is hereby issuing a Request for Proposals to contract with a qualified media sales firm/out-of-home advertising agency capable of selling advertising and/or sponsorship opportunities on behalf of Massport to generate non-toll revenue on the Tobin Bridge. Please see the attached RFP for details.
Through this competitive bid process, Massport is seeking proposers to enter into a contract to provide these services for a period of three years with a one two-year option, to be exercised at the discretion or Massport.
All submissions must be received by 4:00pm on Friday, March 6, 2009. Any submissions received after 4:00 pm will be deemed non-responsive, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Responses submitted by facsimile or email will not be considered.
