The scope of the project includes conventional vertical construction of a 3,000 s.f. building, including furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. Exterior site work includes the installation of water, sanitary sewer, electric, gas, communication services. decorative concrete pavement, sidewalk, parking lot and landscaping.
