The City of Portland, Bureau of Environmental Services, is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called "Proposer(s)", with demonstrated experience in performing hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis for work related to large combined sewer, sanitary, stormwater, and watershed systems and proposes to engage the successful Proposer(s) for the following services: Modeling Support.
