The Government is contemplating award of one Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
Purchase Order for MATLAB and Simulink software to MathWorks, Inc. on a
sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for comepetitive
quotes. However, firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to
the requirement by contacting the point of contact on this notice. The
