The purpose of the RFP is to solicit and select a master planner (the Planner) for a tract of land (the Subject Tract) within an area owned by the City of Santa Fe (the City), known as the Northwest Quadrant. The attached map (Exhibit A) illustrates a recently-approved amendment to the Citys Future Land Use Diagram, changing the land use designation of the subject tract from open space to low- and very low-density residential.
