The Long Island Power Authority (Authority) hereby solicits bona fide proposals, through this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide LIPA a Comprehensive Review of LIPAs Clean Energy Initiative (CEI) Programs for the last ten (10) years and an Evaluation of LIPAs Efficiency Long Island (ELI) Initiative that has commenced on January 1st 2009.
