Lighting Upgrade and Retrofit

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove existing fixtures, install new light fixtures, retrofit kits, lamps, ballasts and occupancy sensors in Town facilities. Contractor is responsible for supplying all fixtures and miscellaneous supplies and equipment required to complete the job.
