Lift Station Piping Replacement
The work to be performed is described in general, non inclusive terms and includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct the following, all as specified herein: 1. Demolition of three existing riser columns, 2.Installation of three new owner furnished riser columns. Items furnished by Owner are detailed in the bid documents, 3. No work will begin until the bypass pumping equipment is on sight and ready for startup, the items purchased by the Owner are on site and available to the Contractor, and the Contractors equipment, materials and supplies including the inflatable plug are on site and available. Owner will provide by-pass pumping equipment and shall operate the by pass pumps during the replacement project.
