Lien Enforcement services (including unlawful detainer and forbearance) shall mean those services which facilitate legal activities and proceedings that recover possession of real property / remove a tenant from that property, defer date of trustee sale through an agreement with time certain and any other activities used to facilitate recovery of debt and/or security of property.
