Library Interior Renovations, Phase III
This project involves replacement of HVAC ductwork, registers, ceilings, lighting, adding electrical outlets, data outlets, painting, carpet, relocation of sprinkler heads, replacement of skylights, asbestos and PCB ballast removal and disposal to the third floor of the existing Library on the main campus of State University. Contractor is advised that moving, storing and setup of existing furniture located on the floor is also part of the project. All books, book racks will remain inplace. Contractor shall double wrap all book racks using plastic during construction and assist and allow library staff access daily to books. Project budget is $900,000. Contractors are advised that start of project will be held to around the first of September to allow summer school to end and start of fall semester to commence without interruption to the library.
