The Office of General Counsel, is conducting an alternative procurement for legal services.Law firms seeking to perform legal services for the University should have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas of law: public works and construction public sector employment public sector labor public sector or nonprofit employee pension and benefits real estate and real estate finance land use and, civil litigation in state and Federal Courts with an emphasis on the defense of employmentrelated claims.
