Legal Services for Receivables Management
The Health System hereby solicits responses from qualified Respondents with a background in AHCCCS (Medicaid) Administrative Law to provide Legal Services for Receivables Management with the intent to provide technical expertise to advise and represent the System in administrative and legal proceedings as necessary to recover payments for erroneously denied claims, process and negotiate health care liens, and pursue other issues and claims related to reimbursement for the provision of health care services. Legal representation may also include advice and service relating to contracting for health plans, reimbursement and other matters.
