Legal Services for Preliminary Title Opinions
The County requires a sealed proposal with a proposed cost for completing preliminary title opinions; a brief description of experience in the area; description of experience preparing title opinions; a listing of experience in the area of community development in general; a list of staff involved on this project; and the county reserves the right to request references for further evaluation.
