The Department of Human Resources, Calvert County Department of Social Services (CALDSS) intends to acquire the legal services of a practicing attorney, licensed in the State of Maryland, for the purpose of representing the CALDSS before the Calvert County Courts for matters including but not limited to Child Welfare, Adult Protective Services, Adult Services, Foster Care, Adoptions, Child Care, and Services to Families with Children as required by the Maryland Annotated Code, Human Services Article 3-601 (Attachment K) and as outlined in Section III of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
