The County is soliciting proposals to provide appropriate and competent alternate indigent defense services and associated criminal investigation services to financially eligible persons accused of crime in County, persons subject to the laws of the juvenile court, and to all those entitled to services of court-appointed counsel in other proceedings. Proceedings are held in multiple locations throughout County.
