Legal Services Related to the Use of Tax Credits
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State for the purpose of obtaining competitive proposals as provided from qualified outside counsel who are interested in performing legal services related to generating, obtaining, receiving, maximizing and managing tax credits, on a contingency fee basis.
