Legal Services
May serve as chief negotiator for the college in the negotiation process for five collective bargaining agreements. The service may include preparation of proposals for the college, actual conduct of table negotiation, and continued conduct of the various facets of impasse resolution. Preparation of contract language, memoranda of agreement and side letters are normally expected services for the negotiation function.
