Professional services by an attorney to be provided:
a.Assist the Board of Pharmacy in the investigation, preparation, and filing of complaints against persons alleged to have violated provisions of K.S.A. 74-1602 et seq. and K.S.A 65-4102 et seq.
b.Prosecute all complaints filed against licensees by the Board.
c.Prosecute all complaints filed against non-licensed persons who are engaging in the practice of pharmacy.
d.Defend actions filed against the Board, its members, and its employees.
e.Represent the Board on all appeals of any matters taken before any District Court in Kansas.
f.Represent the Board on all appeals of any matters taken before the Kansas Court of Appeals.
g.Represent the Board on all appeals of any matters taken before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
h.Represent the Board on all appeals of any matters taken before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
i.Provide legal advice to the Board.
