Legal Services
The purpose of this solicitation and pending agreement is for the Agency to obtain Outside Counsel to advise and assist the Agency in the course and scope of the Agencys performance of duties, or provision of services, as described in the scope of work. The Services requested shall be provided upon execution of the contract through August 31, 2011. The contract for Services may be renewed for one-year.
