Legal Counsel for Small, Minority, Woman-Owned Business Program
The city's Water System (SAWS) is seeking outside legal counsel to assist the SMWB Program Manager (Program Manager) in the development and implementation of procedures to encourage the utilization of small, minority and woman owned business enterprises that would be consistent with the newly created SMWB policy and the applicable Texas procurement statutes.
