Legal Counsel Public Education Funding
Attorney Generalseeks competitive proposals from attorneys and law firms interested in assisting in the representation of the State in litigation related to a challenge of the State’s school funding system.
The successful proposal will also highlight a description of the firm’s experience with school finance litigation, representing the State or public entities, or other relevant complex litigation experience along with a proposed budget.
