The current two (2) contracts with outside law firms for labor counsel services for
the County expire on June 30, 2010. In conformity with the Countys overall
purchasing policies, the Department is seeking proposals for one (1)
three-year contract for labor counsel services from qualified outside law firms
commencing August 1, 2010.
