Leadership Training for NonManagement
1.1BACKGROUND
The Department of Consumer and Business Service (DCBS), Human Resources Services (HRS) Agency is continually trying to enhance the customer service skills of its employees by providing skill building trainings on topics that serves the mission of DCBS.
1.2PURPOSE
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a contractor to provide a course for Non-Management staff that will enhance their skills and tools to help facilitate the successful completion of day to day projects as well as contribute to the departments overall success writing.
1.3CONTRACT DATES:
The anticipated start date of this contract is June 2, 2008 or when contract is signed by all parties. Initial term of the contract will be two years, with extensions granted yearly, not to exceed five (5) years. Pricing must remain firm for the initial classes. At the time of extension or renewal the parties may negotiate a price increase or decrease for the extended period.
