Law Firm for Penalty Collection
They seek a Law Firm for collection of penalties assessed by final court orders. They will refer cases to the contracting firm if administrative attempts at collection are not successful. Currently, approximately $27,750 in penalties is past due for 6 cases. Anticipated two year contract with selected firm. The Agency expects the contractor to complete all cases referred during contract term.
