The New River Parkway Authority seeks statements of qualifications for the development and implementation of a land management system for the New River Parkway. The New River Parkway is planned as a two-lane, slow-speed touring parkway passing through the diverse and dramatic landscapes of the middle New River basin. The first phase of the parkway, the subject of this proposal, is an approximate 10-mile segment that will extend from Interstate 64 where it crosses the New River at Sandstone to the city of Hinton in southern West Virginia.
