Laboratory Services
The Department is soliciting detailed proposals for the services, materials, and equipment necessary for laboratory support for the Water program. To facilitate this work, the Department intends to establish up to three Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee Term Contracts, with firms deemed responsive and qualified.
The effective date of the contract will be from July 1, 2010 to June 20, 2011, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Renewal options are issued at the sole discretion of the state.
